Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your floral arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to make it right.

Quality Issues

If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not as described, please:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the arrangement showing the issue
  • Keep the flowers and packaging until the issue is resolved

We will assess the situation and offer a replacement arrangement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive at the scheduled time or is delivered to the wrong address due to our error, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before scheduled delivery: Full refund
  • Orders cancelled 24-48 hours before scheduled delivery: 50% refund
  • Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery: No refund (flowers may already be prepared)

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized arrangements made to specific requirements
  • Event flowers after the event date has passed
  • Delivery fees unless the delivery failure was our responsibility

Substitutions

Due to the seasonal nature of flowers, we may need to substitute certain varieties. We always aim to match or exceed the value and aesthetic of the original selection. Substitutions do not constitute grounds for a return.

Refund Processing
